2) Enrollment and Access

Enrollment is confirmed only after successful registration and payment (if applicable).

Access to sessions, materials, templates, and resources is provided as per the program structure and schedule.

We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or discontinue access if a participant violates these Terms or engages in misconduct.
3) Schedule, Faculty, and Program Changes

Session schedules are announced and may be updated due to operational needs (e.g., trainer availability, technical constraints).

We may modify the program structure, modules, session timing, or delivery method to maintain quality and continuity.

Any significant changes will be communicated through email / WhatsApp / website announcements.
4) Assignments, Participation, and Learning Conduct
Participants are expected to:

Attend sessions respectfully and maintain professional behavior.

Complete assignments honestly and independently, unless group work is explicitly permitted.

Avoid disruptive conduct, harassment, abusive language, or unauthorized promotion during sessions or community groups.
We may suspend or remove participants for misconduct, without refund, where appropriate.
5) Templates, Materials, and Intellectual Property
All content provided through SMART eCTD (including recordings, slides, notes, templates, checklists, and documents) is the intellectual property of Pharma Growth Hub or its licensors, unless stated otherwise.
You may: Use the materials for personal learning and professional development.
You may not: Copy, sell, distribute, publish, share, upload, or reproduce materials (in full or part) without written permission; or share access links, recordings, templates, or paid resources with non-enrolled individuals.
6) Recording Policy

Sessions may be recorded for training quality and participant learning support (if applicable).

Participants are not permitted to record sessions (audio/video/screen recording) or redistribute any recordings without written consent.
7) Payments, Fees, and Taxes

Program fees (if applicable) will be displayed on the website or communicated during enrollment.

You agree to pay the applicable fees as communicated at the time of enrollment.
8) Refund and Cancellation Policy
All payments made are non-refundable. Once the amount is paid, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, including non-attendance, partial attendance, or inability to continue for personal or professional reasons. We encourage prospective participants to review the curriculum and reach out with any questions before enrolling.
If a program batch is cancelled by Pharma Growth Hub, at our discretion, you may be offered a transfer to the next available batch or an alternate resolution as communicated for that specific case.
9) Certification

Certificates are issued at our discretion, subject to meeting participation and evaluation criteria.

Certificates are for learning recognition and do not represent regulatory authority endorsement.
10) Participant Responsibility and Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for:

Having stable internet access, a working device (laptop/desktop preferred), and the required software/tools (if any).

Joining sessions on time and following session instructions.
We are not responsible for learning loss due to participant-side internet or device issues.
11) Third-Party Tools and External Links
The program may use third-party platforms (e.g., video conferencing, learning portals, messaging tools). Use of these services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policy changes.
12) Confidentiality and Community Groups

Any group discussions (WhatsApp / Telegram / other) are intended for learning support.

Participants should not share private details of others or disclose sensitive content.

Do not post confidential company data, proprietary documents, or restricted information.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the website or participation in the program. Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific program.

15) Termination of Access
